Yes, there is a term for this
It's called billing cascade/cascading billing. You can indeed to that via NATS, wehre you can switch between billers easily.
However, CCBill also offers an own cascade solution. You can use Epoch as secondary processor, but still CCBill does all payouts to affiliates for you, even for sales generated through Epoch.
