What I think is needed is an end to all the sneaky stuff. Scrub all sites and all affiliates the SAME regardless of volume, day of week, day of month, etc. If there is a problem with refunds or chargebacks then contact the site or affiliate in question and go from there. At least they will be aware of it. That's a lot better than having all your transaction scrubbed to the point where you are 1:20,000. If there is some sort of cap in place at any level be honest and upfront about it.

No one seems to trust CCBill anymore to be upfront and that's a byproduct of all the perceived underhandedness in the scrubbing. It's a shame because CCBill is a fairly decent adult company. I've always received my check or wire and their support is professional and usually responsive.
I use to think CCBill was the preferred method in which I would promote sponsors. Now I think this may be incorrect. Especially with the latest threads regarding their verify system, charge backs, and even linking different sites within emails. CCBill may become something to avoid instead of look for.
