Thank you EV for side tracking this thread. It's got nothing to do with where Scat is legal or not. It's about targeting piracy sites and their inability to monitor their sites and still comply with the DMCA laws. And more importantly comply with the rules of their processors and ultimately the Credit Card companies.
However if it was known Paypal were processing for illegal to publish material in certain countries, that would be an additional blow to deliver.
What this industry needs is to set up a body, which is paid for by us, to keep up the fight. We have already dealt some file lockers a blow with their CCbill processing being withdrawn. We need to build on this not relegate the debate to a pointless argument that achieves nothing or idiots posting stupidity because I'm the person starting the thread.
