The goods news is it seems the pressure is mounting and now MC are taking notice. Piracy's Achilles heel is processing. We need to inform Paypal and all other processors of any of their merchants breaking the rules. With Paypal it's easy it's porn and all sorts, the worse that porn is the heavier the blow. The threat of it getting out that they process for forms of porn that are illegal in some countries, would be even better.
Other processors might be tougher to deal with, some Russians might turn a blind eye. We need to look into this situation when we have tackled the easier ones.
