We just switched everything over to a credit union. That said, banks are like any other business - they provide services you may or may not choose to buy from them, and if you don't like one, shop the competition. There are bad banks, bad restaurants, and bad porn sites. I try not to buy from the bad ones. I decided I didn't like Chase, so I switched to Texas Federal Credit Union, which I like better. No whining needed.
