just went real-time, this has been around for 2 years, and back when I tried Google analytics out it had a huge 24 hour delay which I didn't like.
Another reason to use anything but Google Analytics is that do you want Google knowing what users do on your site? I don't feel comfortable with that, as I don't know how that would affect my search rankings.
