Go to a big local nightclub, or a gentlemen's club, and ask them where they get their promo cards printed ...
Post card printing is a totally different setup, and much more cost efficient than any business card printers ... and all they do is adjust the cut size to 3.5" x 2" ...
I have a guy, local here in Montréal, that does 6000 business cards -- full photo quality (1 or 2 sides) -- for $120.00
I get them in a box that is 15" x 15" x 15" that weighs about 55 pounds, so it isn't really cost efficient to ship them ... but any major metropolitan center should have similar ...
