I guess it is extended by 10 years, if I'm not mistaken. This has to do with prisoners on this kind of sentences have the right to get their case re-evaluated every 10 year (after the first 21y)
Laws ain't made for cases like this. BUt he'll be gone for good. That's what matters.
ANd if some of the jail-officers occasionally can break his plastic operated nose once in a while, it's all good
