Although Yiddish is no longer considered legit, I much prefer the terms it has offered to our culture than hebrew:

Then there's the food:
Bagels, Borscht, varenikas, schnitzels, pastrami (or smoked meat if you're a real Montreal yid), lox and latke, gefilte... and so much more :P
