Just sharing some experience: I started by registering at ACWM (XLoveCams). I'm still looking for my jaws which I dropped the moment I logged in into the webmaster area. The quality and usability of the whole site is just amazing and the configurability of the promo tools is light years ahead of what I've seen so far. Well done.
I've still not decided where to direct german traffic. Someone suggested cam-content here, their main site looks good, but their wm registration is a bit "freaky". But let's see what's inside, I'm still waiting for the approval email.
