On topic though, FYI for anyone seeing this thread, I did look into it. It appears to be a random problem (which is impossible in the programming world), so the best bet is to try replicate the issue yourself.
Spent the best part of my afternoon taking a look but im pretty busy for the next few days so do contact them if you think you can fix it.
