We did set the "store" section up so that customers can buy dvds or other products directly, without a membership or tokens. Can you tell me the route that you took and what you clicked to get to a point where it seemed like it wanted you to get tokens in order to buy the dvd. For example where you logged in as a member already, or did you click from the homepage, etc? I need to have that fixed if it's really doing that. Thanks.
