Well in french we says Je vis À Québec (city) vs Je vis AU Québec (province) we never says the city/province... its the A/AU who make the difference

So if i make an image If Montreal is Rome, Quebec will be gauls

And that will means Fabian will be Jules Cesar, and Nick Asterix
