I agree, although he's quite funny when he's restrained. He was awesome in Elf, and equally as good in Land of the Lost. Both of which he wasn't allowed to go "full retard" Anchorman had some funny parts, but it doesn't get much better the more you watch it.
Unlike Adam Sandler's Little Nicky, which I didn't care for the first time I saw it and which gets funnier every time you watch it.
