I break a sweat daily and the end result after all this? I look like I am in my 30's, weigh as much as I did my senior year, and have more energy as this increased my income substantially.
But to accomplish this I had to make an agreement with myself. On my 70th Birthday I am going to pour a double makers, unwrap a pack of Marlboro reds, eat anything fried and crunchy, and then turn into a fat shitfaced chain-smoking monkey for the rest of my life.
