If the coder is who I think it is the buyer will have no problems. The biggest problem will be signing up for every single program SBD has signed up for over the past years. Unless with the sale is the transfer of every account (which will be 1000's).

from my experience account info doesn't really matter if it's not check or wire payments, or if nothing happens like epass crash. it can be done in no rush mode over the year. just like the editors check every program at least once a year. plus you can get 60% changed simply by changing 1 CCBill, Verotel, Epoch, Zombaio and Dhd account
the buyer also gets NiftyStats with all the NATS programs typed-in
