Well you did not deny when I assumed that you can barely build a site in 5 minutes, not to mention adding backlinks. But if it has backlinks then its all good. Still 5 minutes, maybe exaggerating a bit?

Yep, I am using that tool for years as well. For that many hits (300-600 day per keyword) that keyword must be like 50.000 or 100.000 "phrase" or [exact] searches per month keyword. Or even bigger, it depends on which serp position so you rank for. So I speculate about the size of the keyword here. But like I said it must be pretty big. Like "milf videos" big. And undiscovered by other webmasters, not to mention if keyword is that big it still would have strong "natural" competition - meaning there will b some strong sites ranking for it even if nobody "discovered" that keyword.
I mean believe you since there is no point to lie, but it sounds too good to be true for me
ps: I see you left couple keywords disclosed, is there any chance you could tell me an example of what you call good keyword without competition? Maybe our definition of "no competition and high search volume" keyword is way different
