Agreed. I think the only saving grace on the ballot is that it ends with the words "criminal charges."

The normal non-porners I talked to about B have a hard time with the idea of someone going to jail for not using a condom. Fines they are okay with, they think jail is ridiculous.

If people read those two final words and not just skip over them, they might be swayed to vote No as well.
