I Made a complaint to BBB but no help .I gave up

I received an email from BBB 9 days ago:

I have never go to this site before and never use their services . few days ago I checked the credit card bill only to find my account was deducted $79.9 .I remember that few days ago I want to watching porn videos as a member and tried to use my credit card pay for it. but that time I was failed payments . so I did not care too much .but today I just found that my credit card was deducted $79.9 by them. their's sites just some simple pages and I am not sure if it was fake sites or not. Now I have applied my credit card temporarily frozen. Can somebody help me please ? How to get my money back! ? or can I get my money back?? I have tried to contact with them but they refused return all of my money. and My credit card company cannt help me..Thank you!
