After the storm hits I'm on generator power with plenty of food, watching TV via DirecTV, taking hot showers, working using either my normal internet connection or using cell phone tethering, cooking and pretty much going about live as normal.
The biggest issue is keeping all the idiots away that didn't prepare for the storm and now want to stay with me using up my supplies.

This is what we have learned by living in FL and going through some of the worst storms in history. Andrew was beyond devastating.
I am sure some of the people in NY and the upper stats have a reason to be worried and bitching about food, water etc. Because they lost almost everything. But a lot of others only lost power with a broken window or three. they are the ones that are bitching for no reason, because they are lazy and stupid.
