yes, same here which is why i am wondering whats up, usually they respond in 5 to 7 mins tops and the problem is already fixed
They are great so wondering why I am waiting almost 4 hours now from 1st ticket, i checked old email and the problem happened before all they had to do was re-boot server, i am on a VPS i went to check and I can't do it myself. And old VPS I had before I could do my own reboots, but don't see it as option.
