Depends on how you plan your day and if you work with any tom dick and harry who need work done.
I'm very picky on who I work with. I only do custom work, and very little bit of toying with other people's stuff.
And I also make sure my current clients get priority over anyone else and I don't over do the amount of clients I have so I don't burn myself out trying to work 20 hours a day on peoples stuff.
