The fact is Socialism is just a way of keeping the people under control. It's not perfect(can't be) .. but some social things have to be made in order to keep the hoards under control. It's not about the people, or their well being, it's about the class that controls the people.
So, in my opinion a real capitalist would not see the capitalism without a social component.

In your own company, you are interested in the well being of your employees because .. if they are happy, your company is doing better, and you'll be doing even better. That's why you will offer them medical care, parties, gifts, and other benefits (that's your social component in your company)
