Sounds no different to any of the other big corporate porn companies who work their employees to death for minimal wages. Times are tough in porn land and people are hungry for jobs and desperate for money - so the companies can pick and choose and let workers fight each other down to the bone by undercutting their prices and overdelivering on service.
If you work for a porn company you're lucky you even have a job - because as soon as someone semi-capable comes along who will do it for cheaper, you're out the door.
That's the great thing about being a webmaster, with the thing the companies want: traffic. You can get yourself much better money than in any position working for a company (unless you owned said company), you're your own boss and you don't have to take anyone else's shit. Instead of treating you like shit, the reps get all chummy on ICQ and call you bro while they try to wheedle a few more ad spots or a few more hits a day out of you.
