This is a NON adult email, so the pictures are related to their business.

We send screen shots, however the problem is when talking to people that opened the email, they say "I didn't click on the link because I don't know what the file is, can you email me an attachment?"

This happens more than expected, so that's why I ask.

My hunch is the link to the image is masked by tracking codes within the email (so we can track link clicks in the emails) so when they hover over, it shows a different URL than one with a .JPG or something.

What do you think?
