Highlight the files you want to rename then
At the top
Actions => random sort
then in all the stuff at the bottom
Numbering
Mode => Prefix
Start => 1
Pad => 2 (will give 01,02,etc)
Remove
First n => whatever number rubs out the old file name
Then click Rename.
