Should the judge rule against my family member because someone in their family that doesn't even live near them produces porn?

Remember the value of my free advice - NOTHING!
Unless you are residing in one of the radical Christian counties, your choice of career, should not impact the outcome of the custody hearing/trial. All the other side can do, is attempt to shame/embarrass a few people, imply that you have a closer relationship (ie. living with the family member, babysitting the child frequently) and make allegations, __________, would negatively influence/bring harm if they raised the child in question.
Good luck!
