You're the first person who came to mind before I posted this but I could not locate contact info for you other than ICQ.
Sounds like you have exactly what I'm looking for and I would love to have a preliminary discussion with you.
The largest part that I currently have in mind would be around 15" long and 2.5" thick. Most would be more like the size of a paperback novel or smaller. The CNC turning & wire EDM could come in handy as well.
