Hahah, you of all people shouldn't be agreeing with this rabbi - one of his points is that porn presents an image of women that is unrealistic, airbrushed and perfect, that leaves men unsatisified with their wives. You know that is a lie - you used to brag about your work/sites because you shot very ordinary looking girls and women, and guys loved it because the girls were so normal looking. And you also know that some of the most popular porn sites in the world are amateur sites with people who are very average looking.
you write Rabbi Shmuli an email and tell him the truth.
and porn is no more addicting that every other activity that is enjoyable including eating, golfing, internet forums, and hundred of others
Most of the world has no problem with sex and pornography, only those with a bad guilt trip because an imaginary man in the sky conjured up by superstitious primitive men in the Bronze Age says sex is bad.
Just like in the gun debate, porn ISN'T the problem, people are the problem, marriages come apart for many reasons, and porn isn't one of them. Marriage just doesn't work for many couples in the modern world. Most people will be married more than once in their lifetimes and as time goes by more people will never get married at all.
Michael Jackson had so many deep psychological problems that it's a good thing he didn't marry. Nobody who doesn't have their shit together should ever marry. Only a fool like Rabbi Shmuli would recommend that there's some 'perfect mate' out there that will fix another person's problems.
