We wouldn't have named the program 35pps if we paid $25 on all sign ups. Every single webmaster knows the difference between trial and full sign ups here, and you can read all the replies here and see that no one says it's criminal to pay $35 on full sign ups and $25 on trials.
You are talking about the name of the program, but we cannot change it.
