I always think it's funny when people post things about how the government can do anything it wants to any citizen for no reason.
If that were really the case the guy would have never had the chance to make a second video. Wehateporn would be in gitmo and Alex Jones would have an unfortunate accident.
Everybody keep fearing their country though. Totally rational behavior.
