I *strongly* recommend NationalNet.com. My ticket response time with them is always under 3 mins and complete resolution is generally within 5-6 mins.
One example... In October I asked them to create a new database for me. 1 minute and 41 seconds later I had a reply stating that it was complete. No kidding. You're in goooood hands over there.
Plus, my NatNet server is never down. It's ROCK solid and fassst. Looking forward to hosting all my stuff there eventually.
TechieMedia.com is also good. Don't let their crappy 2002 website fool you. Their support is not quite as fast as NatNet, but their servers are very reliable and their prices are damn hard to beat. Contact Wayne for the best up-to-the-minute deals.
