Apparently, Irish and British people have been eating beef that is actually 29% horsemeat. Perhaps more disturbing is the regulation that "value beef" must only be (at minimum) 55% beef by law.
Anyone okay with getting served a burger that is 29% horse while being told it is a "beef" burger?
