They also do not provide managed support last I knew. You were self managed or semi managed, which would be one of the reasons their prices are cheaper... minimal support.... hence my previous point about trade offs.
Additionally, PhxNap is well financed by CCBill, which is another big game changer when comparing a hosting company to the next. Not all are created the same, or have the same financial backing. A traditional web hosting company is not going to have a first bank of porn, or processing company in the background with cash reserves. That can ultimately make them a stronger alternative compared to a budget provider like Burst as an example where they are sliding by on $2.00 profit margins.
