Hi I'm looking for some wordpress help.

I got a widget (nrelate pop post) I'd like horizontally centered and have the border tweaked and changed in color to match the site.
An iframe in my menu bar I'd like vertically centered aligned
And I'd like to apply my site stlye to my link widgets.

I dont think its much work but its above my level of expertise.
