The current high bid is still $8,000, probably a little lower than I'd feel comfortable accepting outright.
I am open to some unique payment terms if anyone would like a revenue producing site but can't buy it outright. Something like $x,xxx down and the checks still coming to me until it's paid off, a down payment and bi-monthly payments until it's paid off etc. so keep that in mind if you are interested.
