My ad service launches soon - details inside

I will be launching my ad service in March. I don't have the prices set for advertisers/publishers so I'm looking for opinions on each.

My background is an online game developer, but the reality is that I just got sick of the gaming industry and wanted to do something different.

I'm doing CPM only, although I will track clicks for ads as well. I'm doing CPM because I didn't want to have to set up a bidding system. The problem with that is that letting sites pick their ads leads to advertisers becoming apprehensive due to the potential of fraudulent clicks and large bills. With CPM you don't have to worry about a single IP breaking the bank. It will be unique impressions per ad, so you can't just refresh a page and receive the same ads and keep costing advertisers money.

I am doing 80% payouts for publishers. I doubt anyone else pays that high. I'm allowing 3 ads per page. I am not doing pop-up or pop-under ads. Only banner ads (10 sizes). I'm not doing swf, although that could change.

So essentially, if you ran 3 ads on your site you should get around $3,000/1 million impressions (depending on the size of the ads). Advertisers will essentially pay 20% more to get that many hits.

The engine also does real time tracking. Literally. Within 5 seconds of someone visiting your site you can see the money added to your account. The same goes for advertisers. Ads are also put up instantly, as are ad scripts. There's no waiting around for approval.

Lastly, your account management is all done within a program, not a website (although I might add web statistics down the road). This is so that you can maintain an absolute server connection that constantly updates your statistics. You will also be able to withdraw funds to your paypal account and it will be processed within 24 hours.

So that's the short description. I'm not giving out the name or website yet, but I just wanted to let people know what they can expect.
