I'm not talking about Propaganda, I'm talking about basic truths. They completely dismiss science all the time (O'Reiliey said on air that the tides are caused by God. Every 6th grader knows Tides move in and out thanks to Inertial forces thanks to the motion of the earth and gravity of the moon).

Yes and no. You can use DC current to separate water into Hydrogen and Oxygen, both of which can be used for fuel. Problem is that the conversion process is expensive and not very efficient. Hydrogen powered cars are useless in my opinion. All electric is much more efficient and cheaper too.
