Not sure of how I would actually define "smaller program" to be honest. I'm looking for a company that can most use my talents for increasing revenue through (1) traffic/marketing (2) rotational ad implementation and ad sales (4) analytic-driven product development. I have a solid team and want to work with a company that's ripe for revenue growth, has the resources to invest in getting there, and is willing to share a percentage of the increase in revenues with the people who help make it happen.
Hope that helps brutha. You and I still have some biz to nail down and we'll get it done mid-March!
