Not denying that, of course. But how is it they can throw billions upon billions of dollars at cancer research for all these years...and still not come up with an end-all cure? All we seem to hear about is small advancements in certain types of cancer...but never the sure-fire cure for it all.

Generations ago they discovered cures for awful diseases with comparatively less money and technology that pales in comparison to what we have today.
