Seeking Programmer to Help Build Social Media Site

Basic Description:
We are building a social media website that will interface with CCBill and video streaming. It is based on the BuddyPress platform. We will need help with customizing plug-ins, some additional reports programmed, a basic e-commerce setup for the social media profiles, etc.
Prefer programmers local to Las Vegas, NV, but will consider any experienced web developer.
