i am a developer looking to start a project of this kind. i am happy with a revshare of 50/50 and can even provide host to begin with.
we would first develop a design that content can be submitted to manually and then i would create a backend to allow you to upload your own content your self this would mean we can get something off the ground quicker.
would love to hear you ideas on what kind of site you would like and then i can send some ideas back. i was working with a solo model to which was my first adult site but that has fallen though so i am looking for this kind of project again.
