Not a new service. Have done 100s of them for clients and myself.
The HT interface is simple. It lets you set custom page design, slugs, meta data, page text, etc.... So it's work most webmasters can do for themselves, but when bringing a bunch of dormant domains online many find it much faster and easier to have me do the builds for them. Ill email you some of the basics and we can discuss your specific goals.
