Sex.com can obviously do whatever they want with their site, but here is some feedback:
The new thing where there is an interstitial advert in between the surfer clicking the picture and the surfer getting to the site the pic is on -- as a webmaster, I am pretty disinclined to put anything new on there with that implementation in place. I don't think those ads are targeted enough to get much of their own click-through from surfers who were expecting more of what they clicked on, and I'd suggest removing that interstitial roadblock, so that the folks who put content up there can get the occasional click from their stuff
