Just because you are a warm body and show up to work does not mean you're a "skilled" laborer worthy of a top notch pay scale. If you can be replaced by an ad on craigslist, than you probably are making what you deserve for that job based on your skills. If you do not like it, go acquire some skills to make you a more valuable asset.
