Seriously, without posting at GFY, I never, ever, EVER got a single answer from AFF support's regular contact. Never. I posted at GFY and Elli jumped, and that's the only way to get support from AFF. At least in my experience, and again, don't know if it improved now, maybe they did. |
I do try to watch the boards closely for any cries for assistance.
FFN does not hide, though. Our office is open during regular office hours, and a phone call should get you directed to someone who can help with your problem. We even have a toll-free number inside the US.
