If you freeze the last video at about :13 the guy in the leather jacket turns around and you can see the patch on his jacket that says, "I'd talk about my dick, but that's a long story!"

As for the guy in the last video being interview. Seems like the kind of guy you would want to have a beer and some ribs with just like he says.
