My blogs are alive and gaining followers every minute. That's why I specifically included the paragraph about disregarding the fear tactics of webmasters afraid of competition. The only way your competition can destroy your blogs is if you've broken Tumblr's rules.
As far as the Yahoo acquisition is concerned, Marissa Mayer (Yahoo CEO) has stated that the porn can stay and that she promises not to screw Tumblr up.
