Honestly, you'd be the type of customer I think this guy already has, just from posting on Craigslist (that's his only way of getting business right now other than word of mouth) so I'm thinking more and more that ill probably take a chance with this as I would imagine local searches for iPhone repair services should be up there.
I took a look at Craigslist a little while back and only saw maybe 2/3 different people posting about this type of service and they seemed kind of sketchy too, maybe a website with full contact information and a registered company would lend some further legitimacy to the business to draw in more clients.
