Just because they don't have many options doesn't mean that it's okay to take advantage of them, and just because there are "worse things out there" doesn't mean that what you are doing is right and above criticism.
No matter how you dress it up, sites like the one described in this thread are going to end up being used for ugly purposes by foul-minded individuals.
